The design team of AukettFitzroyRobinson, led by Mirosław Leśnik, Rafał Depowski and Piotr Wisłocki, obtained an order in a competition procedure for the design of a shopping and service center of high international standard, erected on the existing foundation piles.

The shopping and service center with a total area of 67,000 m2, in addition to a shop to let (40,000 m2), is equipped with a large gastronomic center and a multiplex cinema. The project covered all phases from the initial concept to the tender design with detailed working specifications and was carried out in cooperation with the design office of Waterman International.
