In his role as the Director responsible for several refurbishment and extension projects for UK-based retail asset managers Balmain, on behalf of the international fund manager Rockspring, Peter Wislocki coordinated the work of a multidisciplinary design team working alongside project managers DTZ and cost consultants Gardiner and Theobald (now Sentient).

The extension of Ferio Konin substantially increased the shopping centre’s critical mass and market appeal, by improving its retail offer and rationalising and refreshing its foodcourt.
