Rafał Depowski and Mirosław Leśnik were responsible for leading the multidisciplinary design team appointed by Israeli developer Ronson to design a high-density, mid-rise residential project in Ursynów, one of Warsaw’s southern suburbs.

The development has been successfully completed, delivering a wide range of apartment types which have proved very attractive to purchasers in Warsaw’s highly competitive market. The project illustrates iARCH’s ability to combine the best of UK, Polish and international residential architecture, producing commercially successful developments.
