The design team of Piotr Wisłocki was selected by Quinlan Private Golub (later Avestus) to design a large complex of extensive housing in Powsin near Warsaw. The conceptual design takes into account the conditions of approved communication solutions, which means that the division of the plots cannot be changed.

The international design team of Piotr Wisłocki, composed of architects from London and Warsaw, proposed to create a hierarchy of private, semi-private and public spaces that break the monotony of the national road network by dividing them into local units inviting and built on a human scale, providing each home with its assigned place in the entire major planning assumption. Individual house designs have the character of contemporary architecture and at the same time meet the market requirements for the use of traditional building forms, which ensures the commercial success of the entire project.
