A team of architects led by Peter Wislocki and Rafał Depowski was appointed by DTZ to produce a masterplan for the creative regeneration of a major manufacturing facility in Warsaw, which had until recently been operated by Cussons.

The design evolved through the analysis of the constraints and opportunities offered by buildings of varying ages, sizes and qualities. The mainly residential masterplan was consulted with conservation officers, highways designers and other specialists, as well as DTZ’s market analysts, to ensure that it was visionary, appropriate, technically deliverable and commercially viable.
