A block of nine apartments replacing a house on a prominent gateway corner site. The design was developed in close consultation with the Local Planning Authority, being seen as a controversial intervention in a very architecturally and politically sensitive context.

Architectural solutions that deliver

The building optimises the use of the site achieving a significant increase in development density without any adverse impact on its immediate neighbours or wider context. The design is rational and regularised for each of construction.
