There was no pressure to proceed to the next stage, which allowed us to consider carefully what direction we took. All the information was clearly set out. There was great communication, whether by email, phone, zoom meetings or face to face. You responded very quickly to any questions and queries, and we didn’t have to chase you up. Very professional always. You provided us with a good network of contacts and recommendations for external suppliers such as a tree surgeon, light surveyor, builder and planning consultant. Although we had a fair amount on our wish list and a restrictive plot we were impressed by how well you listened, interpreted and produced creative ideas. You were enthusiastic and took on a previously well designed project and created a vision with exceptional design flair. Our passion for a cleverly designed house was matched by your interpretation and passion to think outside of the box. I think our dad would have approved of this exciting project.
