Peter Wislocki secured an appointment from Russian developer AVN for the masterplanning of a 650 Ha new town in the Moscow region. Peter coordinated the work of a design team based in London and Warsaw, drawing on the skills and experience of a number of masterplanning specialists.

The result of a 6-month process of rigorous analysis, appraisals of options and feasibility studies, the final design provides a clear but differentiated hierarchy of routes and public spaces, enabling future occupiers to orientate themselves within a new town combining a strong sense of place with a respect for the natural environment and topography.
