Peter Wislocki of iARCH Consulting was the lead architect and design team manager of this project from its inception to its completion, ensuring that its contemporary yet contextual design was delivered according to the partnering principles of an Egan Demonstration Project. Peter played a key role alongside his client, Guardian Properties, collaborating with engineers WSP and Wates Construction.

Satisfying the client’s ambition to create the best office building in Watford, Peter’s design provides accommodation meeting the British Council for Offices technical standards, with innovative features such as the vaulted multi-purpose space (inspiring the building’s ‘Radius’ branding) with its external terraces adding unique value.
