Peter’s team saw off the challenges of OMA/Rem Koolhaas, Jean Nouvel, Fuksas, Herzog & de Meuron and Daniel Libeskind developing a design which combined the most innovative technological, spatial and functional concepts with a strong sense of context, cultural meaning and social purpose. The proposed 70-storey tower stands as the focal point of a wider 2 billion Euro mixed-use investment.
