AukettFitszroyRobinson’s design team, led by Mirosław Leśnik, Rafał Depowski and Peter Wislocki, was appointed to design a retail and leisure centre of international quality, to be built on existing piled foundations, following a competitive selection process.

The building has a gross floor area of 67,000 sqm incorporating a gross lettable area of 40,000 sqm of retail space, a substantial food court and multiplex cinema. The scope of services included all design stages from initial concept to tender design, following detailed parameters defined by the client and his consultants, in collaboration with engineers Waterman International.
