Based on an analysis of the site constraints and relevant planning policies, a much larger development, comprising ten apartments (including two spacious penthouses) was proposed. Peter was a director and shareholder of the client company, and remained involved in the project providing detailed architectural design services following the sale of the site with the benefit of planning permission.
