Peter Wislocki’s team was selected by GE Capital Golub (later Quinlan Private Golub and Avestus, with fund manager Heitman) to design a highly efficient, flexible Class A Office building near Warsaw’s Okęcie international Airport. Peter’s role was to secure the project and coordinate the multidisciplinary team, including engineers WSP, to deliver the building.
Architectural solutions that deliver
Building on lessons learnt from earlier phases of this market-leading business park, Peter’s team designed a building for optimum flexibility and efficiency. As the Warsaw market improved during the design process, enhancements were introduced reflecting the expectations of the building’s blue-chip tenants. Relationships forged during this project have led to a number of repeat commissions, including commercial and residential developments in both Poland and the UK.
Completed in 2006
Peter Wislocki was the director of the design team at Aukett Polska, with Rafał Depowski as project architect.
